First annual launch of the Blu Esc Arts & Culture, Community and Technology (A.C.T) Festival and Summit.
The circus is a transformative tool connecting education, physical art, social development, creativity and artistic expression while teaching social skills, and promoting responsibility. It nurtures a creative environment for young people to access quality arts training, share skills, develop creativity and life skills, while promoting diversity, inclusion, accessibility, gender equality, and community building.
The circus is accessible to all, and participants can fully engage regardless of literacy skills, feeding back positive energy into their community.
